For more than 30 years, Zhejiang Jinsheng Spring Co., Ltd. has been specializing in manufacturing various springs. We have fixed assets worth USD5,900,000, a 26,000 square meter factory workshop, and total sales volume of nearly USD10,000,000.

We mainly produce different kinds of energy storage and braking springs, shock absorbing springs for motorcycles and automobiles, motor air valve springs. Our product range also includes clutch springs and various tension springs, puling springs, torsion springs, rectangle springs and quadrate springs.

Our facilities are outfitted with first-rate equipment for production, inspection and testing. We have 10 automatic digital spring coiling machines, 2 meshed tempering furnaces, an automatic quenching assembly line, 6 digital grinding machines, 3 shot strengthen machines, an automatic painting line, plastic coating line, and cathode electrophoresis assembly line. Our leading inspection and testing instruments include a fatigue testing machine and CJW-1000 flaw detector. In August 2004, we invested over USD2,000,000 to build a car suspension spring production assembly line which is now one of the most advanced lines of its kind in China.

Regarding quality as the life of an enterprise, we have placed much emphasis on product quality since the establishment of our company. On the basis of TQC quality management, we implemented a ISO9001 compliant system. Our high quality products have consistently won the trust of our customers. We now are qualified supplier for automobile manufacturers such as Faw, Dongfeng Automobile, Faw-Volkswagen, Guangzhou Honda, Mazda, and Chery Automobile. In 2001, we obtained independent trade rights, since then we have successfully entered the American, European, and Southeast Asian markets.
